Refund Policy

We want you to be happy with Siftii. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your order date — no questions asked.
How to request a refund
Refunds are processed by our payment provider and Merchant of Record, Paddle. To request a refund:
- Visit paddle.net and look up your order using the email address you used at checkout, or
- Email us at support@siftii.com and we'll help you through the process.

Subscriptions
You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation stops future billing; access continues until the end of the current billing period. If you were charged in the last 30 days and you'd like that charge refunded, contact us and we'll take care of it.
