No. We use Stripe Connect — payments land in your bank account. Siftii charges $0 commission, on Free and Pro.
What happens at the end of the 14-day Pro trial?
You'll be charged $12/mo. Cancel anytime from Settings before the trial ends and you won't be billed.
Can I downgrade from Pro back to Free?
Yes, anytime. You'll keep your data — items beyond Free limits become read-only until you delete them or upgrade again.
Do labels and the booking page work on Free?
Yes. Free includes label printing, your storefront link, booth mode, and the full 50-state compliance reference. Pro adds sales-cap tracking and custom branding.
Is my data exportable?
Yes. Pro includes full CSV export for sales, orders, and customers.
